660 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using the 660 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 660 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 660 ("platform", "us"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 660 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 660 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 660 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Cheating, manipulating the system, or using automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Spreading false information or harassing other users on the platform.
Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or disrupting system operations.

660 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account of any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 660 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform, including approved online banking and digital wallets.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to them. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending verification.

660 reserves the right to impose deposit and withdrawal limits based on a user's account verification level. Minimum and maximum limits for each transaction will be displayed during the payment process. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks before being processed.

Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to specific terms of use that will be stated at the time of issuance. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of such credits.

5. Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The 660 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial loss due to technical faults or disruptions to a user's internet connection.

Account Suspension & Closure

660 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including suspected fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact support to find out the next steps.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software code, and other materials on the 660 platform are the exclusive property of 660 and are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain references to third-party services. 660 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

660 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 660 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
